It's Time to Try Something Different

Aye! Quick question: How important is your own wellness to you?


Not just how you see yourself in the mirror, not how you show up for those around you. I mean, how important is a life of balance, peace, and growth to you? Because if you haven't been experiencing either of those benefits doing what you've been doing, well then, maybe it's time to try something different?


Last week we talked about the first principle of rejooov, which is also the most difficult aspect because it takes a lot to look inward and truly reflect on what you find. But this week, we're focused on determining the method behind all of the madness.


Meaning: no matter the action, there is always a hint of logic or at the very least, some reason to why you do the things you do.

The keyword here is: WHY

Do you know your why?


Why commit to a path of total wellness? Why focus on your mental state? Why workout? Why be healthy?

Why change everything you believe to be true about yourself? Why try something different?


Well, I'd say it's because you hardly know yourself. If you don't have a why, chances are that you've simply taken up mimicking what you've seen other people do or doing what you've always done which hasn't shown you much progress. But it's safe. You've been doing juuuust enough to keep yourself going, you know, surviving. & we've discussed this:

If you aren't thriving, you're just surviving.

It's time to determine your method to the madness when wanting to make a significant change in your life. There isn't anything I can say to you that will make you consistent, determined, or disciplined.

You have to define your why, there's power in it.

And you guessed it, self-reflection and identifying your priorities will dictate the strength of your why.


If the rejooov collective's goal is to push you in a direction that sets you on a path to self-love and discovery, the method to your madness will keep you going even when you lack the motivation to do what you know you need to do.


Your answer to why should be centered around who you are, the goals you want to achieve, and what makes you happy. Don't get caught up trying to make it about anything else.
