So, Let's Pick Up the Pieces.

Welcome back! I hope this post finds you well.

Last week I gave you the dream. Well, I gave you MY dream backed by a theory on where I believe our community stands. The dream, in case you missed it, is to help others cultivate their wellness journeys, lifting them up so that they can do the same for their loved ones, each one teaches one, you know the vibes.

That's how we pick up the pieces of a community in shambles.

The goal: by sharing the wellness process, rejooov, I will build a collective of likeminded wellness enthusiasts that work together to share the importance of implementing wellness practices with others.

But I digress.

Let's start at puzzle piece number one: YOU

And by you, I mean self, of course.

The very first step to rejooov is to commit to learning yourself (the first principle of rejooov, btw). & I don't mean knowing yourself in some drug inspired trip kind of way, I mean knowing yourself in the simplest of terms.

How self-aware are you from a scale of 1-10?

Because being aware of who you are, how you interact with everything around you, what triggers you, and what moves you is high key a skill/superpower everyone is born with that we aren't taught to develop, let alone master.

Another small injustice, but hey, by now, it's expected, amirite?

But seriously, if you want to lock in, tune into yourself first. The more self-aware you are, the better equipped you'll be at making decisions, facing challenges, and bettering yourself.
